据北京市住建委官网数据显示，12月5日北京新房网签396套，网签面积26088.59㎡，其中住宅网签151套，网签面积18389.39㎡。二手房网签1004套，网签面积89939.27㎡，其中住宅网签912套，网签面积84493.63㎡。

截止目前，11月（11月1日~30日）北京新房网签11623套，网签面积989216.9㎡，其中住宅网签4918套，网签面积604509.26㎡；二手房网签20657套，网签面积1992362.48㎡，其中住宅18763套，住宅网签面积1667252.4㎡。
