据北京市住建委官网数据显示，12月9日北京新房网签418套，网签面积26132.17㎡，其中住宅网签120套，网签面积17043.1㎡。二手房网签940套，网签面积86329.54㎡，其中住宅网签866套，网签面积82615.73㎡。

截止目前，12月（12月1日~9日）北京新房网签2987套，网签面积235151.59㎡，其中住宅网签1255套，网签面积156640.09㎡；二手房网签6367套，网签面积583656.6㎡，其中住宅5859套，住宅网签面积558658.41㎡。
