Recalled food

Many companies have recalled whole fresh cucumbers grown by Agrotato, S.A. de C.V. in Sonora, Mexico. In addition, companies have recalled sliced cucumbers or foods made with cucumbers like wraps and salads in some states. Check the new recall table to see if you have recalled cucumbers.

FDA continues to work with additional importers that received cucumbers grown by Agrotato S.A. de C.V.


What you should do Do not eat any recalled cucumbers. Throw them away or return them to where you bought them.
Check your refrigerators and freezers for recalled whole fresh cucumbers and foods made with recalled cucumbers.
What businesses should do Do not sell or serve recalled cucumbers grown by Agrotato, S.A. de C.V. in Sonora, Mexico, including recalled cucumbers from SunFed Produce, Baloian Farms, or Russ Davis.
Recalled cucumbers were packaged in bulk cardboard containers labeled with the SunFed or Pamela label, in a generic white box or black plastic crate with a sticker that says Agrotato, S.A. de C.V, or in clear plastic packages of various sizes with a 7-digit lot code beginning with "X".
Wash and sanitize items and surfaces that may have come in contact with recalled cucumbers.
Some people especially children younger than 5 years, adults 65 years and older, and people with weakened immune systems may experience more severe illnesses that require medical treatment or hospitalization.
