[摘要] 目的:研究IL-6在肥胖与PCOS发病机制中的作用。方法:分别选择20例PCOS肥胖患者、非肥胖PCOS患者、肥胖对照患者及非肥胖对照患者,记录临床特征,检测血清生殖激素及血清IL-6。结果:IL-6浓度在不肥胖且非PCOS、肥胖但非PCOS、PCOS非肥胖、PCOS且肥胖女性的血清中依次显著升高。结论:肥胖和PCOS都与血清高水平IL-6相关,IL-6既能够参与肥胖的病理生理过程,也能够参与PCOS的病理生理过程。肥胖加重PCOS血清白介素-6的表达。
