[摘要] 复杂重症传染病患者是医院会诊和药学监护的重点对象。本研究通过1例手足口合并病毒性脑炎病例药学监护过程，探讨临床药师参与临床治疗的效果和经验。治疗用药过程中给出的用药建议，部分被临床采纳并取得良好效果。相关经验可作为医院临床药学诊疗参考。

 [Abstract] The complicated patients of seriously infectious diseases are the emphasis of hospital consultation and pharmaceutical care. Pharmaceutical care is implemented to a hand-foot-mouth disease with viral encephalitis in this paper to discuss the effect and experience of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical treatment. Rational advice of drug use are partly adopted and achieved good results. Relevant experience can be taken as reference for clinical pharmacy treatment in hospital.
