摘要目的：探讨痹祺胶囊对老年性膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年12月至2017年12月上海市宝山区中西医结合医院门诊和住院部就诊的老年性膝关节骨性关节患者120例，根据随机数字表法抽取随机编号将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者使用关节腔注射玻璃酸钠结合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊进行治疗，观察组在此基础上加以口服痹祺胶囊进行治疗。分别在治疗前和治疗五周后，对2组患者的症状积分、生命质量量表SF36，WOMAC量表及血清MMP2、MMP9进行比较评估，并将结果进行统计分析。结果：在经过治疗后，对照组患者的总有效率为8475%，观察组患者的总有效率为9333%，与治疗前比较，2组患者的症状积分明显降低，SF36均升高(P, 百拇医药

 AbstractObjective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Biqi Capsule in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods：From December 2015 to December 2017， 120 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules， and the observation group was treated with Bi Qi Capsule on the basis of it.
