 摘 要：黄精是一味最常用的抗衰老、养生与美容中药之一，就黄精的相关作用机制进行了诠析。黄精通过作用于上焦以滋补肺阴，作用于中焦以健脾益气，作用于下焦以补肾益精等综合作用，达到抗衰老、养生与美容的目的。深入研究黄精的抗衰老机制及其养生与美容作用，在当前关注养生与美容的今天，具有十分重要的意义。
