摘要：肉苁蓉是一味常用的抗衰老、养生与美容中药之一，就肉苁蓉的相关作用机制进行了诠析。认为，肉苁蓉通过补肾作用达到抗衰老、养生与美容的目的。深入研究肉苁蓉的抗衰老机制及其养生与美容作用，在当前关注养生与美容的今天，具有十分重要的意义。
