摘要：目的 研究三黄汤联合利拉鲁肽注射液治疗老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肥胖的临床疗效，并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 采用随机数字表法将老年T2DM合并肥胖患者分为对照组和研究组各66例。对照组予利拉鲁肽注射液，每日1次，最大剂量0.05)。结论 三黄汤联合利拉鲁肽注射液治疗老年T2DM合并肥胖疗效显著，其机制与影响糖脂代谢、氧化应激反应和炎症反应相关。

 Abstract： Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang Decoction combined with liraglutide injection for the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with obesity； To explore the possible mechanism of action.
