[摘要] 目的 总结9例流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜炎和睾丸炎的护理方法，以提高护理质量，减少护理并发症，尽早治愈出院。方法 对9例流行性腮腺炎合并脑膜炎和睾丸炎患者的护理进行回顾性分析。 结果 所有病例均未发生并发症，100%治愈出院。 结论 本病应尽早隔离、尽早制定护理方案，尽早发现患者有无并发症发生，精心护理，对症处理。

 9 cases of mumps with meningitis and orchitis nursing experience

 [Abstract] Objective To summary the nursing methods of mumps with meningitis and orchitis,in order to improve the quality of care,reduce patients' complications,and recover as soon as possible. Methods 9 cases of mumps with meningitis and orchitis were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Results This study had no nursing complication,the recovery percentage was 100%. Conclusion For nurses,early isolate the patients,early plan care programs,and early find if the patients have complications,careful symptomatic treatment,will be helpful for patients’ rehabilitation.
