[摘要] 该文应用整体网分析的方法，针对喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病的3 204例登记注册式研究数据，分析了其联合用药方案，发现喜炎平注射液的联合用药方案与《手足口病诊疗指南》一致性较好，但存在一些值得注意的问题：一是抗生素应用比例过大，超过预防继发感染的需要；二是利巴韦林的应用意义不大。该文认为从喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病的临床联合用药方案来看，其抗菌和抗病毒的临床价值尚未被充分认识。
