[摘要]黄酮类化合物是植物中普遍存在的一类次生代谢产物，对植物自身起着非常重要的作用，光保护和抗氧化是主要作用，因此光照对黄酮类化合物的生物合成的影响十分显著。该研究从光强和光质2个方面综述了近年来光照对植物中黄酮类化合物含量的影响，以及简要概述了光作用于黄酮代谢上游关键酶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和查尔酮合酶(CHS)的特点。
