摘 要 双相抑郁是双相障碍的一种发作形式，临床治疗困难。非典型抗精神病药物具有心境稳定作用，目前主要用于治疗双相躁狂，但对双相抑郁的治疗尚有争议。部分非典型抗精神病药物治疗双相抑郁有效。

 Atypical antipsychotics in the treatment of bipolar depression

 Abstract Bipolar depression is a type of bipolar disorder which is hard to treat. Atypical antipsychotics, which have mood-stabilizing effect, are mainly used to treat bipolar mania, but their influence on bipolar depression remains controversial. Some atypical antipsychotics are effective in the treatment of bipolar depression.
