  [摘要] 目的 探讨阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗以阴性症状为主要表现的精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法 60例患者随机分为研究组(阿立派唑+舍曲林)和对照组(阿立派唑)各30例。两组都用阿立派唑(20～30)mg/d,研究组加用舍曲林(50～100)mg/d,治疗12周。用阴性症状量表(SANS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果 研究组比对照组早起效4周(P0.05)。结论 阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状起效早,疗效好。
