【摘 要】 目的：探讨血清同型半胱氨酸在双相障碍及精神分裂症患者中的表达及意义。方法：选本院172例双相障碍及240例患有精神分裂的患者作为观察组。以同期进入本院进行检查的124例健康者作为对照组，比较血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果：同组内男性同型半胱氨酸含量水平明显高于女性，三组差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：血清中同型半胱氨酸的表达情况可以作为精神分裂以及双相障碍诊断的一个辅助手段。

 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of serum homocysteine in patients with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Methods： 172 patients with bipolar disorder and 240 patients with schizophrenia were selected as observation group. Serum homocysteine levels were compared with 124 healthy controls who entered our hospital during the same period as a control group.
