 [摘 要] 目的:探讨将缓慢皮肤扩张法与即时皮肤扩张法结合应用的方法。 方法:在不同部位行皮肤软组织修复。首次注液量为扩张器容量的50%,余量于术后5天～7天行第二次注入。 结果:38例手术成功,经1年～6年的随访,外观满意。 结论:本方法具有扩张迅速,住院时间缩短等优点。

 COMPOUND METHOD OF SKIN DILATION USED IN PLASTIC SURGERY

 [Abstract] Objective:study on the compount Methods: of skin dilation for skin repairing in plastic surgery. Methods:The volume of injected liquid was usually about 50% volume of its dilator,the another 50% was inqected abat 5 days～7 days after operation. Results:All the skin flaps were success in 38 cases. Conclusion:The results showed that this method was good for shorten time for dilating flaps and hospitalization.
