 [摘 要] 目的:探讨磨削术治疗痤疮及其瘢痕的临床效果。 方法:对我院1981年以来收治的2400例磨削术治疗痤疮瘢痕病例进行回顾性分析。 结果:显效1440例(60%),有效936例(39%),无效24例(1%)。 结论:磨削术是治疗痤疮及其瘢痕的理想方法。

 [Abstract] Objective:In order to further studyng results of acne scar treated by dermabrasion. Method:We carried on the retrospective analysis on 2400 cases of acne scar treated by dermabrasion from 1981 in our hospital. Results:Marded effect was 1440 cases (60%),effect 936 cases(39%),no effect 24 cases(1%). Conclusion:Dermabrasion is the ideal treatment method for acne and acne scar.
