摘 要 目的:探讨羟基磷灰石在多种原因引起的颅颌面骨性缺损充填中临床应用的可行性和临床效果。 方法:选择1990年至1999年收治的颅颌面骨性缺损526例,对其手术方法、术后观察,充填物与组织的相容性等进行了分析。 结果:随访其中270例,除6例充填区略高,3例充填不足外,其余效果满意。 结论:羟基磷灰石是良好的充填材料,具有高度的组织相容性、随形性好,在体内能与自体骨组织形成一坚硬整体。此举措为修复颅颌面部凹陷提供了简便、安全、可靠的方法。

 USING HYDROXYLAPATITE FILLING FOR CRANOFACIAL RECONSTRUCTION

 Abstract Objective:To discuss the method of repairing 526 cases of the cranofacial deformities by hydroxylapatite(HA)and clinical impact. Method:we operationed on cranofacial deformities and observed histocompatibility of HA el at. Result:Making visit 270 of 526 cases of partial cranofacial deformities if satisfactory except 6 cases slightly increasing and 3 cases insufficient. Conclusion:HA is a befitting material.It had a high favorable histocompatibility and good flexibility comparing with autogeous bone.
