 杨立文,1963年生,汉族。1986年江西医学院医学系毕业,1999年江西医学院烧伤整形专业研究生,现为武警江西总队医院外二科副主任,中华烧伤整形医学会江西分会常委。发表论文20余篇,获武警部队科技成果进步奖3等奖2项。

 摘 要 目的:介绍一种非显微手术行离断拇指再造的良好方法。 方法:离断拇指复合组织回植、腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣包埋再造拇指。 结果:5例5指皮瓣及回植的断指复合组织均成活,再造拇指有指甲生长,外形美观,功能良好。感觉略为迟钝。

 结论:离断拇指,在丧失再植条件,病人拒行足趾移植,并要求重建恢复拇指外形、功能时,采用此法可获较好效果。

 THUMB RECONSTRUCTION THROUGH THE BACK PLANTATION OF

 COMPOUND TISSUE OF SEVERED THUMB AND THE EMBEDDING OF SKIN FLAP

 Abstract Objective:To introduce a good method for the reconstruction of severed thumb by non-microsurgery. Method:Thumb reconstruction through the back plantation of compound tissue of severed thumb and the embedding of skin flap of abdominal subpapillary vascular net. Result:The skin flap and the back-planted compound tissue of severed thumb all survive in these 5 severed thumb cases of the group,and the reconstructed thumb shows beautiful in appearance with the finger nail grown up and with a good thumb flexionand extension,but unfortunately shows dysesthetic. Conclusion:The thumb reconstruction through this method is now one of the ideal methods for those who refuse to undergo a pediphalanx transplantation even if deprived of the replantation conditions,but expect to restore the functions and appearance of thumb. ......
