  刘毅,男,1964年生;1986年毕业于西安医科大学医疗系,1998年获第四军医大学获医学博士学位。现任兰州军区兰州总医院烧伤整形科副主任,副主任医师,发表论文27篇。摘 要 目的:探索适用于球形巨乳缩小的方法。方法:采用改进的反向双"V"形乳腺切除法,对7例未婚青年女性球形巨乳症患者实施了乳房缩小术。结果:7例患者伤口均一期愈合,效果满意,术后双侧乳房对称,丰满挺拔。结论:改良的反向双"V"形乳腺切除法是适用于球形巨乳缩小的良好方法。

 Abstract Objective:To probe the surgical method to suitably treat giant globelike breast.Methods:We employed the modified reverse double "V"breast excision to treat 7 female patients with giant globelike breasts.Results:Satisfactory results were achieved.Conclusion:The modified reverse double"V"breast excision might be a suitable method to treat giant globelike breast.
