[摘要]目的：总结自体脂肪颗粒移植矫正上睑凹陷的经验。方法：采用注射器法抽取自体脂肪颗粒,清洗、纯化后移植于上睑凹陷区。 结果：本组共10例,8例一次注射充填后形态满意，2例有部分吸收,行二次注射。结论：自体脂肪颗粒移植矫正上睑凹陷,取得成功的关键在于合理的术前设计、正确采集脂肪颗粒和注射层次准确。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo summarize the experience of correction of the upper eyelid excavation by fat granule auto-transplantation. Methodsfat granule was extracted with injector, purged and injected into the upper eyelid. Resultsin 10 cases, the fujected fat granule was obviously absorbed in 2 patients. The other patients safisfied with the results. Conclusion To attach successful auto-transplantation of fat granule,the key points to equitabledesignation before operation, the correct liposuction and good local treatmentpast operation are very important.. ......
