[摘要]目的：研究有效治疗退行性下睑内翻的联合手术方法。方法：回顾性分析了164例退行性下睑内翻的病例，根据眼睑松弛情况，单独或联合应用单纯缝线法、下睑轮匝肌缩短术以及下睑水平向全层缩短术进行手术。结果：手术治愈率为100%，均未出现并发症。结论：所应用的联合手术方法设计简单，安全有效。

 The combined surgical treatment of retrograte inferior entropion

 Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of combined surgical treatment for retrograte inferior entropion. Methods The clinical 164 cases with retrograte inferior entropion were retrospectively analyzed. According to degree of palpebral relaxation, such surgical methods as simply catgut embedding, inferior palpebral blepharosphincterectomy and inferior palpebral fissure horizontal decurtation were adopted alone or in combination. Results The total effective rate was 100.00% and there was not complication. Conclusion Different methods should be applied to treat the patients of retrograte inferior entropion.This combined surgical methods are safe and effective. ......
