  [摘要]目的：介绍肿胀麻醉下腋窝切口偏心圆隆乳术的应用效果和体会。方法：采用肿胀麻醉技术行腋窝切口剥离范围偏心圆设计隆乳术。结果：肿胀麻醉术中镇痛效果好，腋窝切口偏心圆隆乳术术后乳沟明显，形态自然，随访1～2年无并发症。结论：肿胀麻醉腋窝切口偏心圆隆乳术，使隆乳手术的每个环节都得到优化，是较好的麻醉手术方法之一。

 Clinical application of tumescent anesthesia bias center circular augmentation mammoplasty through axillary incision

 Abstract:ObjectiveThis study was performed to explore the effect of bias center circular augmentation mammoplasty through axillary incision using tumescent anesthesia.Methods25 female patients were included. Decentered circle augmentation mammaplasty through axillary incision was performed using tumescent anesthesia.ResultsSufficient intraoperation analgesia was obtained. The postoperative breast had natural figure, evident cleavage and good sensation. No complication was found after 1 to 2 years follow-up.ConclusionThe tumescent anesthesia is reliable, simple and safe method. Bias center circular augmentation mammoplasty through axillary incision has the potential for use as a first-line treatment. ......
