[摘要]目的：通过临床上组织扩张器的应用，观察并发症及对其处理，来减少此类手术并发症的发生。方法：我们总结自1998年以来45例病例，56个扩张器手术所发生的并发症，并就其原因及防治进行讨论。结果：45例病例中，发生并发症4例。结论：组织扩张术虽未见发生危及生命或毁形的并发症，但常见并发症发生率较高，影响了施术效果，因此术者在扩张术中应对其全面了解并掌握，严格掌握适应证，取得患者的充分配合，重视扩张过程中的各个环节，以防患于未然。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the methods of prevention the complication of soft tissue expenders according on clinical treatment.MethodsTo summarize fifty-six cases of fourty-five patients using soft tissue expenders from 1998.Results4 cases of 45 patients have complication.ConclutionTissue expenders havemorbidity though it can not threaten the life or destroy the contour.In expanding stage, having comprehensive understanding the indications owing to the appropriate treatment at every step to prevent the complication.
