[摘要]目的：探索对于乳腺组织量少，双侧乳腺不对称的求美者行解剖型假体隆乳术时，双平面法的运用。方法：隆乳术中取乳晕切口，假体部分置于乳腺后间隙，部分置于胸大肌后间隙。结果：用本方法隆乳8例11侧效果满意，术后外观形态良好，医患双方都感满意。结论：该手术对于乳腺组织条件差的求美者行解剖型假体隆乳有操作简便，术后形态、手感自然，是一种隆乳好办法。

Abstract:ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to explore the effects of dual-plane brest augmentation in anatomical implants augmentation mammoplasty. Methods The anatomical implants had implanted subglanduar plane and subpectoral plane thought periareolar incision at the same time. ResultsAll patients′reconstructed brests were symmetrical with beautiful cotour. ConclusionThe method is a very reasonale to obtain nice mammoplasty,and deserves to used. ......
