[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射移植修复面部凹陷的疗效。方法：从患者自体取得脂肪颗粒，用脂肪抽吸针注射移植修复面部凹陷。结果：本组21例，19例一次手术成功，另2例补充填充一次，外形明显改善。结论：自体脂肪颗粒注射移植修复面部凹陷，手术易行，创伤小，效果较好，值得推广。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of repair facial deformity with self-fat granule injected transplant.MethodsUsing blunt-tipped infiltration needle,the deformity was repaired by transplant with the fat granule from the patient's body.ResultsIn the 21 cases,19 cases obtained satisfactory results with one operation,and the other 2 cases had twice operations.ConclusionThis operation is ease to handle,has less injurious,and has achieved the better reconstructive results.So,this approach deserves to be recommended.
