[摘要]目的：探讨采用足底内侧动脉岛状皮瓣治疗足跟部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法：采用足底内侧动脉岛状皮瓣治疗10例足跟部皮肤缺损患者。结果：本组皮瓣完全成活9例，1例皮瓣远端部分组织坏死，经换药后愈合良好。结论：足底内侧动脉岛状皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤缺损，组织与足跟相似，可满足负重行走的功能需要。切取操作简单，切取后对足部负重功能及外观影响很小，是修复足跟部组织缺损的良好方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of transferring medial plantar artery flap on repairing the heel skin soft tissue defect of the heel.MethodsMedial plantar artery flaps were used to resurfacing 10 cases with skin and soft tissue defects of heel, according to flap survival after operation.ResultsAll flapswere viable except marginal necrosis of one. Allpatientscouldwearshoesandwalknormally.ConclusionThese flaps are characterized by easy dissection, similar organization,suitable thickness and good appearance. It was not only simple and convenient but also effective and feasible to repair heel defects with the skin of the non-weight一bearing area. As it is easily accessible, highly flexible and causes little damage,they are idea options for repairing the skin defects of the heel. ......
