[摘要]目的：探讨瘢痕组织作为填充材料在整形美容外科中的应用价值。方法：方法一，去表皮瘢痕组织原位充填法23例，即去除瘢痕表皮，瘢痕主体组织原位保留，瘢痕两侧或周围皮肤带皮下脂肪跨越瘢痕组织缝合，主要用于凹陷性瘢痕的整复；方法二，瘢痕组织瓣转移充填法9例，即将去表皮的瘢痕组织瓣转移填充邻近组织缺损区。总共32例。结果：32例患者中，30例效果满意，2例基本满意，均未出现感染、破溃、移植物坏死等情况，所有伤口甲级愈合。结论：自体瘢痕组织作为一种填充材料，既避免了应用人工材料可能造成的排异和过敏反应，又可减少人工材料的费用，在整形美容外科中有独特的临床应用价值。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the using of scar tissue in plastic and cosmetic surgery.MethodsThirty-two cases were observed in this report. Among them, 23 cases of depressed scar were rectified with epidermis-removed scar tissue in situ. The epidermis and subcutaneous adipose on both sides of incisions were sutured above the scar tissue. The other 9 cases of tissue defect were filled with scar tissue flap near by.ResultsThirty cases achieved satisfied results, the other 2 cases got moderate results. All operative incisions were with grade A healing.ConclusionUsing the auto scar tissue can avoid rejection and allergic reaction, and is also cheaper than artificial material. As a kind of filling material, it has the particular value in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery. ......
