[摘要]目的：探讨Ascher综合征临床特点及整形外科治疗。方法：对收治的16例Ascher综合征患者进行回顾性分析。结果：16例病人愈合良好，随访11例病人，术后3～5年无复发。结论：对于上睑水肿松垂、肿物结节，重唇畸形，影响美观且出现功能障碍者，应考虑Ascher综合征的诊断并以整形手术治疗。

Plastic surgical treatment in 16 cases of Ascher's syndrome

Abstract: Objective To prove the clinical features of Ascher's Syndrome, and improve the clinical management. Methods Basing on the documents of 16 cases of Ascher's syndrome, we analyzed the clinical features and treatments. Results 16 cases received better results without disfunction, 11 cases were follow-up without recurrence 3-5years postoperation. Conclusion The facial appearance and the eyelids functioning were improved by plastic surgical treatment.
