[摘要]目的：探讨液氮冷冻治疗面部皮肤病变的疗效。方法：将面部4 150例皮肤病变进行冷冻治疗。结果：面部皮肤病变4 150例中，痊愈3 550例，痊愈率85.54%，有效3 984例，有效率96.00%，取得了较好的疗效。结论：液氮冷冻能有效治疗面部皮肤病变。

 Observation on therapeutic effect of liquid nitrogen cryotheray on facial dermatomes

 Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe therapeutic effect of liquid nitrogen cryotheray on facial dermatomes. Methods4150 cases of facial dermatomes were treated by liquid nitrogen cryotheray. ResultsComplete recovery was observed in 85.54% (3550/4150)of cases who were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, and improvement in 10.46% (434/4150). Liquid nitrogen cryotheray showed significant efficiency of 96.00%(3984/4150). ConclusionLiquid nitrogen cryotheray is effective in treatment of facial dermatomes.
