[摘要]目的：介绍一种矫正轻、中度乳头内陷的新方法。方法：采用双重“U+8”形埋线，加强了乳头深面的支撑组织，同时结合持续牵引法，促使乳头下支撑组织增生，形成一定的纤维组织，封闭乳头内陷的空间通道，乳头突出固定。结果：18 例患者，33个乳头，术后随访6个月～2年，均获得满意疗效，外观明显改善。结论：该术式矫正乳头内陷，具有切口小、损伤少、操作简单易行、效果确切、不易复发和并发症少等优点。

 Sustaining traction by U plus 8 shape sutures to correct inverted nipple

 Abstract:ObjectiveTo introduce a new method to correct the inverted nipple.Methods"U"and "8" shaped sutures were made through the dermis under the inverted nipple. The inverted nipples were continuously drafted by the suture for 4 to 6 weeks to ensure fibrous tissue formation that would maintain the nipple in corrected position permanently.Results18 patients (33 inverted nipples) underwent this operation were followed up for 6 months to 1 year, all the inverted nipples were corrected uneventfully to the patients' satisfaction.ConclusionsComparing to traditional methods, correcting inverted nipple by continuous drafting through U and 8 shaped sutures resulted in little injury and no scaring, this operation is easy to perform with satisfying aesthetic outcome. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
