[摘要]目的:探讨使用颅耳沟皮管修复耳轮部分缺损的方法。方法:以颅耳沟区的解剖学研究为基础,根据耳轮缺损部位及大小,设计形成颅耳沟皮管,再分2～3次转移以修复部分耳轮缺损。结果:本组选择外耳轮部分缺损患者8例,均以颅耳沟皮管修复外耳轮缺损,术后移植皮管全部成活,且耳廓外形满意。结论:颅耳沟皮管修复耳轮缺损,能提供足够的修复用组织,是一种安全可靠、效果满意的手术方式。

 Application of cephaloauricular furrow tube flap in reconstruction of partial helix defect

 Abstract:ObjectiveTo review the anatomic basis and introduce clinical application of cephaloauricular furrow tube flap in the reconstruction of partial helix defect.Methods 8 cases of partial helix defects were all repaired by this tube flap through 3 stages.The tube flap were designed in cephaloauricular furrow, and later were transposed in 2～3 surgical stages to rebuild the helix rim defect. Results All tube flaps were survived well postoperatively,and the fine structures of helix were satisfied. Conclusion The application of cephaloauricular furrow tube flap can provide enough tissue,and is a safe and ideal technique for the reconstruction of partial helix defect. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
