[摘要]目的:观察玻璃纤维桩应用于冠折恒前牙再接术中的临床疗效。方法:将冠折残根根管治疗后,利用玻璃纤维桩及双固化树脂型水门汀行自体牙断冠再接,进行2年的追踪观察。结果:短期内临床观察效果良好,达到患者应急要求,再接牙2年后保存率为97.8%。结论:应用玻璃纤维桩行自体牙断冠再接,短期疗效肯定。
