[摘要]目的：探索一种治疗阴阜瘢痕方法的临床疗效。方法：自2007年7月～2010年10月，笔者收治阴阜瘢痕患者7例，均使用以颞浅血管为蒂部的额部扩张皮瓣游离移植来进行修复。结果：7例患者皮瓣均成活，毛发继续生长，皮瓣较薄，患者满意。结论：颞浅血管蒂扩张皮瓣游离移植术是治疗阴阜瘢痕的好方法。

 Free transplanting expanded forehead flap to treat mons pubis scar

 Abstract:ObjectiveDiscuss clinical effect of a treatment method of mons pubis scar.Methods From July 2007 to October 2010,7 patients with mons pubis were reconstructed by free transplanting expanded forehead flaps on superficial temporal vessel.ResultsAmong these patients,all flaps were survival and hair were still growing.Patients were all satisfied.ConclusionFree expanded forehead flap transplantation is a good method of treating mons pubis scar.
