[摘要]目的：寻找降低舌前腺囊肿摘除术后复发的术式。方法：对2007年2月～2009年2月到我科诊治的50例舌前腺囊肿患者采用“囊肿摘除+患侧腺体摘除+舌系带延长术”进行分析。结果：改良术式降低了舌前腺囊肿的术后复发率。结论：改良术式从舌前腺囊肿产生的诱因出发，减少了舌前腺囊肿的术后复发。

 The clinical study of a modified method for the excision of anterior lingual glands cyst

 Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore a modified method to reduce the postoperative recurrence of anterior lingual glands cyst excision. Methods In the patients diagnosed in our department from February 2007 to February 2009,the operation of cyst excision,affected lateral glands excision and lingual frenum extension was analyzed for 50 anterior lingual glands cysts.ResultsThe improved surgery method lowered the postoperative recurrence rate of anterior lingual glands cyst excision.ConclusionBased on the incentives of anterior lingual glands cyst appearance, the modified operation reduced the postoperative recurrence of anterior lingual glands cyst excision. ......
