[摘要]目的：评价玻璃纤维桩在前牙修复中临床应用效果。方法：临床选择前牙残冠残根56例患者，共计72颗患牙，均已经完善的根管治疗。制作玻璃纤维桩树脂核恢复基牙外形，然后进行全瓷冠修复。经6～24月随访，对修复效果进行临床评价。结果：结合临床及X线检查，修复成功率为94.4%，且无冠变色、根折、桩折现象的发生。结论：纤维桩树脂核有良好的修复效果，且不易造成根管壁折裂,长期效果仍待观察。

 Clinical appUcation of glass fiber post in the restoration of anterior teeth

 Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of glass fiber post in the restoration of anterior teeth.Methods92 anterior teeth from 78 patients after root canal therapy were restored with glass fiber posts and resin cores.The restorations were evaluated clinically according to the modified United State Public Health Service criteria(USPHS)after 6-24 months intervals.Results After observation for 6 to 24 months,together with clinical observation an X-ray examination,the stroration ratio reached 94%.No crown'color changed,and no root or post broken were found.ConclusionThe clinical application of glass fiber posts could achieve good clinical performance without root fractures.However ......
