【摘要】老年人非典型肺结核绝大部分病例X线表现复杂独特,容易造成误诊或漏诊。所谓非典型;是指不同于常规五型结核的X线表现,而以其他不典型X线表现者;根据X线和CT表现将其分为肺不张型;肿块及肿块空洞型;干酪性肺炎型;混合型四型。本文就我科工作中误诊或漏诊病例的X线和CT表现作一回顾性分析,并就误诊原因进行分析。
