【摘要】目的:探讨ELISA法检测乙肝两对半与FQ-PCR法检测HBV-DNA结果的相关性。方法:乙肝病毒血清标志物检测采用ELISA法, HBV——DNA用FQ-PCR法检测,均按说明书操作。 结果: 大三阳病人,其乙肝DNA阳性率约为82.56%,小三阳达到63.21%.结论: 本检测结果对疾病的发生、发展提供有力依据，同时能够使医生对病情作出进一步解释，并能有效指导治疗,具有一定的应用价值.
