【摘要】饮食健康与癌症的预防已成为现代人类社会最关切的问题，一个人的健康离不开食物，我国的饮食文化底蕴深厚，“药食同源”的观点在民间广为流传，若善于应用，将会对人民的健康发挥相当重要的作用。本文就饮食健康与癌症的预防问题进行探讨。
