【摘要】流行性腮腺炎是儿童常见的呼吸道传染病，急性起病，以腮腺非化脓性肿胀和疼痛为特征，并有延及全身各组织的倾向，确诊有赖于病毒分离和血清学检查，但基层医院尚未普及，我们根据当地的流行病史和接触史及腮腺肿大、疼痛即可确诊。
