 【摘要】降糖药物治疗糖尿病的同时，配合健康教育，能有效控制高血糖和体重，提高治疗效果，预防并发症的发生，减轻病人的经济负担，提高住院精神分裂症病人的生活质量。因此，在对精神分裂症患者进行糖尿病教育时，方法的选择应有别于思维、精神状态无异常的其它病人。

 【Abstract】To fall the sugar medicine to treat the diabetes at the same time,the coordinate health education,can the active control high blood sugar and the body weight,enhances the treatment result,the prevention illness complication occurrence,lightens patient’s economical burden,enhances is hospitalized the schizophrenia patient’s quality of life.Therefore,in carries on time the diabetes education to the schizophrenia patient,the method choice should have to the thought,the state of mind do not have the unusual other patients.
