【摘要】目的:探讨3例利培酮口服液治疗老年精神分裂症的诊治体会。方法:通过3例以拒食为主老年精神分裂症治疗过程,在治疗第0、1、3、7、14、21和28天随访观察结束时使用阳性与阴性 症状量表(PANSS)及副作用量表了解其变化。结果:利培酮口服液对治疗老年精神分裂症,尤其是对拒食为主等老年老年精神分裂症首选,因为它的依从性比其他剂型依从性更高,尚未发现明显的副作用,并提出了老年精神分裂症诊断及分类。

 【Abstract】Objective:To study the three cases of oral Risperidone on elderly schizophrenia. Methods:The effects of 3 cases of elderly schizophrenia mainly with antifeedant, were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Side effects of scale at the first 0,1,3,7,14,21 and 28 days.
