【摘要】目的:探讨麦默通旋切系统在乳腺疾病的诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法: 回顾性分析2009年7月～2010年5月在我院行麦默通乳腺微创旋切术的230例患者的临床资料。结果:用麦默通旋切系统完整切除230例患者中的436处病灶,无一例漏诊,切口长0.3cm～0.4cm,并发术后血肿3例、皮肤淤斑2例,无术中出血、切口感染、皮肤破损、病灶残留等并发症。结论:乳腺麦默通旋切术能完整切除病灶,具有定位准确、并发症少、美容效果好等优点,是安全、有效的乳腺微创技术。

 Application of Mammotome Biopsy System in Minimally Invasive Breast Surgery

 【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the value of Mammotome biopsy system in the diagnosis and therapy of breast disease.Methods:The clinical data of 230 patients with breast disease underwent Mammotome biopsy from July 2009 to May 2010 were retrospectively reviewed. Results:The 436 lesions of 230 patients were resected completely by Mammotome biopsy system. No one case of missed diagnosis. The length of incision was 0.3cm-0.4cm. The surgical complications were hematoma in 3 patients and petechia in 2 patients. There were no serious complications such as bleeding, wound infection, skin damage and residual lesions. Conclusions:Complete resection of breast lesions can be done with Mammotome biopsy system. The advantage of the technique is accurate positioning, fewer complications and satisfactory cosmetic effect. It is safe and feasible technique in minimally invasive surgery. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
