【摘要】 随着患者的自我保护意识普遍增强，对医疗过程中的护理安全及护理质量均提出了更高的要求，护理人员在实施护理过程中的一些护理差错往往会引起患者的投诉而产生医疗纠纷。本文针对脑外科护理工作中安全隐患的发生规律，寻找切实有效的防范措施，进而最大限度地保证医疗工作的安全，全面的提高临床护理质量，为患者提供规范、安全、高质量的优质护理治疗。
