[摘要]目的总结老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗经验。方法对我院1995年～2005年174例老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果174例患者中治愈165例(94.8%)，好转6例(3.5%)，死亡3例(1.7%)。98例(56.3%)并存其他疾病，17例(9.8%)术后出现并发症。结论选择合适的手术时机和手术方式，加强围手术期处理，认真分析患者全身情况和局部病变程度，采用个体化治疗是防止术后并发症、降低死亡率的关键。

 [ABSTRACT]Objective To summarize the surgical treatment expericence on the aged patients with acute cholecystitis . MethodsThe clinical data of 174 aged patients with acute cholecystitis tread by surgery From 1995 to 2005 In my hospital were analysed retrospectively.
