  【摘要】目的：描述慢性乙肝患者疾病相关知识知晓情况。方法：采用描述性研究设计。采用便利抽样法，调查了江西省樟树市人民医院的30例门诊治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者。采用自行设计的慢性乙肝患者疾病相关知识的调查表调查慢性乙肝疾病相关知识的知晓情况。选用SPSS16.0软件进行数据的统计分析。结果：大多数慢性乙肝患者对疾病相关知识掌握较好，但对如何阻断慢性乙肝母婴传播及对乙肝免疫球蛋白知晓率均较低，对居家消毒隔离等知识缺乏关注，较多患者对日常生活保健知识较欠缺且存在不良的生活习惯；部分患者不遵从医嘱，不能按医务人员的指导定期门诊复查、对于患病期间的用药知识了解不足。结论：慢性乙肝患者对于疾病相关知识的掌握尚欠缺，很多患者具有不良的生活习惯，遵医行为较差。医务工作者应加强慢性乙肝患者的健康教育工作，大力开展卫生常识普及宣传，提高患者的自我保健意识，提倡其建立健康行为，改变不良的生活习惯，自觉遵从医嘱，使病情相对稳定，提高患者的生活质量。

 【Abstract】 Objective: The purposes of this study were to describe the awareness of knowledge about chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in CHB patients. Method: A descriptive design was used in this study. By convenient sampling, 30 CHB outpatients from a tertiary A-level hospital in Guangzhou were recruited into this study. The demographic questionnaire and the questionnaire designed by the researcher were used to measure demographic data and the awareness of health knowledge about CHB (knowledge about the disease, activity, diet, mentality and treatment and medication information) in these patients. SPSS16.0 was used to analyze the data. Result: Most CHB patients know the basic knowledge of CHB well, but the awareness of knowledge about mother-to-fetus transmission and HBIG is low, most patients are lack of concern about the knowledge of disinfection and isolation in family. Many patients lack health care knowledge in daily life and have unhealthy life style. Some of them don't obey the doctors' advice, don't come back to see the doctor regularly and know little about medication knowledge. Conclusions: CHB patients are lack of basic knowledge about this disease, many of them have unhealthy life habits and don't obey the doctors' advice very well. Doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the health education of CHB patients, promote the propaganda of hygiene to the public, improve the awareness of self-health care of the patients, encourage them to rebuilt health behavior, obey the doctors' advice consciously. In this way, the illness of patients can be relatively stable, and they can improve their quality of life.
