[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预对利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效以及药后的不良反应的影响。方法 选取我院收治的48例精神分裂症患者，给予口服利培酮及精心护理，住院10周后评判疗效以及不良反应。结果 经过10周治疗后，总有效率为91.7%，药后出现头晕3例，便秘3例，心动过速12例，震颤10例，失眠8例，视力模糊3例，静坐不能5例，嗜睡2例，恶心2例。结论 护理干预能明显提高利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效，减少不良反应的发生，有助于患者早日康复。

 [Abstract] Objective to study the nursing intervention on risperidone schizophrenia treatment the clinical efficacy of medicine and the influence of the adverse reaction. Methods select 48 patients with schizophrenia of our hospital, all of the patients were given oral risperdal and meticulous care.After 10 weeks treatment to evaluate efficacy and adverse reaction.Result after ten weeks treatment,the total effective rate was 91.7%.After taking medicine,its appear giddy in 3 cases,constipation in 3 cases,tachycardia in 12 cases,tremors in 10 cases, 8 cases of insomnia,blurred vision in 3 cases,can't sit still in 5 cases,sleepiness in 2 cases,nausea in 2 cases.Conclusion the nursing intervention can improve the clinical curative effect of risperdal treat schizophrenia obviously,reduce adverse events and help patients to recover soon. ......
