【摘要】目的：进一步研究神经外科手术麻醉中，瑞芬太尼的临床应用效果。方法：收集了2011年3月-2013年3月来我院进行颅脑外科手术的80例患者的临床资料进行详细研究，将上述患者随机分为两组，40例对照组患者接受丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉，40例观察组患者接受丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉。结果：麻醉后观察组脑氧代谢率、脑血流量、颅内压水平均低于对照组。观察组患者MAP、HR等血流动力学指标在插管期间、手术期间、拔管时候的变化率均低于对照组患者，具有差异统计学意义。结论：神经外科手术中，瑞芬太尼的临床应用效果显著，能够有效控制应激反应，有效维持患者动力血流平稳度，苏醒时间短、清醒质量高。
