  【摘要】目的 研究鼻咽癌组织中mTOR表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学EnVision二步法检测47例鼻咽癌组织中， mTOR的表达，回顾性研究表达与发生发展、预后及浸润转移的关系。结果 47例NPC组织中，mTOR表达阳性检出率为：70.2%(33/47)，而鼻息肉组织中的mTOR表达阳性检出率为：25.0%(5/20)，P 0.05，差异无统计学意义。提示mTOR与肿瘤分期关系不密切。在有无淋巴结转移的NPC组织中，有淋巴结转移组、无淋巴结转移组mTOR的阳性表达率分别为76.7%、58.8%，P> 0.05，差异无统计学意义。提示mTOR与淋巴结转移关系不密切。结论 (1)mTOR在鼻咽癌发生发展中起重要作用。(2)mTOR与鼻咽癌的预后判定有关。

 Significance and Expressions of mTOR in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

 【Abstract】Objective To investigate significance and expressions of mTOR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to determine the expressions of mTOR，Pokemon in 47 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of nasal polyp, and their correlations to the clinicopathologic characteristics of NPC were analyzed. Results In 47 example NPC organization, the mTOR expression masculine detection rateis: 70.2% (33/47), but in them alignancy polyp organization's mTOR expression masculine detection rateis: 25.0% (5/20).
