【摘要】目的 探讨兰索拉唑与西沙比利联合治疗返流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法对我院2008年11月——2011年7月期间23例返流性食管炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果 所有患者均于服药2次后症状开始缓解，临床治愈21例(91.3%)，减轻2例(8.7%)总有效率100%。结论兰索拉唑合用西沙比利、思密达是治疗返流性食管炎的一种安全有效药物。

 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the combination therapy of lansoprazole and cisapride reflux esophagitis clinical efficacy. Methods From November 2008—July 2011 during the 23 cases of reflux esophagitis in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results All patients were on medication 2 times the symptoms have subsided, clinical cure in 21 cases (91.3%), reduced in 2 cases (8.7%) total efficiency of 100%. Conclusion lansoprazole combination cisapride, Smecta treatment of reflux esophagitis is a safe and effective drugs.
